The Management of FAGMIL considers its employees as a valuable resource and asset. Paramount importance is assigned to employees’ related matters.

This department also enables the creation of an environment in the organisation wherein employees feel pride in working and sense of belongingness to the Society.

Through its multifarious activities the HR department in FAGMIL also takes care of employees’ physical, economical and developmental needs. This concern for its employees is reflected through the efforts in the area of health, safety and welfare of its employees. To take care of the health of the employees and their families, FAGMIL has empanelled hospitals/Doctors one each at Head Office and Mines location.

There are different Social Security schemes operating in the Company like Group Term Life Insurance Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme and Loan & Advance scheme etc.

FAGMIL offers a host of exciting career/opportunity to dynamic/young/qualified individuals in Production/Maintenance/Marketing/Finance and Human Relations. Developmental and functional programs based on training needs, as judged in the area of updation of technical supervisory and managerial skills alongwith specialized requirements from time to time.

There is no age bar for payment of Tuition Fee for the children of SCs/STs whereas for the children of general and other categories, 21 years age limit is fixed.

C) Group Term Life Insurance Policy

Company has taken a Group Term Life Insurance Policy from TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED , NEW DELHI which protects the family of the employees in case of premature death.

E) FAGMIL WORKMEN SPECIAL WELFARE FUND

The Special Welfare fund has been created in the company for the welfare of workmen of FAGMIL.

Special Welfare fund is created to look after the welfare of workmen . This fund comprises of contribution from both Workers and Management side. In this fund, all the workers of FAGMIL are members of the fund and contributes an amount of Rs. 10/- per month from their salary  and Management contributes Rs. 1000/- per month for creation of the special welfare fund. Rs. 10/- is deducted from the monthly salary bills of the workers.

 

  1. CDA Rules.

In exercise of powers conferred on the Board of Directors under Article 99(15) of the Articles of Association of the FCI Aravali Gypsum and Minerals India Limited., the Board of Directors hereby make the following rules namely:-

“ The FCI Aravali Gypsum and Minerals India Ltd. Employees’ (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2005”

  1. Standing orders

These orders shall come into force in accordance with Section 7 of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Enforcement Act, 1946 and shall apply to all workmen as defined in workmen of FCI Aravali Gypsum & Minerals India Ltd.(Jodhpur Mining Organisation) and are applicable to all workmen as defined under section 2(i) of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946, employed in all the mines and other establishments of the FCI Aravali Gypsum &Minerals India Ltd., which are under the management and control of the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company at Jodhpur.
