The Management of FAGMIL considers its employees as a valuable resource and asset. Paramount importance is assigned to employees’ related matters.

This department also enables the creation of an environment in the organisation wherein employees feel pride in working and sense of belongingness to the Society.

Through its multifarious activities the HR department in FAGMIL also takes care of employees’ physical, economical and developmental needs. This concern for its employees is reflected through the efforts in the area of health, safety and welfare of its employees. To take care of the health of the employees and their families, FAGMIL has empanelled hospitals/Doctors one each at Head Office and Mines location.

There are different Social Security schemes operating in the Company like Group Term Life Insurance Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme and Loan & Advance scheme etc.

FAGMIL offers a host of exciting career/opportunity to dynamic/young/qualified individuals in Production/Maintenance/Marketing/Finance and Human Relations. Developmental and functional programs based on training needs, as judged in the area of updation of technical supervisory and managerial skills alongwith specialized requirements from time to time.
