B) Tuition fee reimbursement (For 2 Children)

Up to Class 10                                        Rs. 100/- Per month
From Class 11 to Graduation             Rs. 200/- Per month.

There is no age bar for payment of Tuition Fee for the children of SCs/STs whereas for the children of general and other categories, 21 years age limit is fixed.

C) Group Term Life Insurance Policy

Company has taken a Group Term Life Insurance Policy from TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED , NEW DELHI which protects the family of the employees in case of premature death.

E) FAGMIL WORKMEN SPECIAL WELFARE FUND

The Special Welfare fund has been created in the company for the welfare of workmen of FAGMIL.

Special Welfare fund is created to look after the welfare of workmen . This fund comprises of contribution from both Workers and Management side. In this fund, all the workers of FAGMIL are members of the fund and contributes an amount of Rs. 10/- per month from their salary  and Management contributes Rs. 1000/- per month for creation of the special welfare fund. Rs. 10/- is deducted from the monthly salary bills of the workers.

F) Medical Policy for retired employees

FAGMIL has implemented medical policy for its retired employees.
