The Right to Information Act, 2005 provide the right to every citizen to secure access to information under the control of public authority, in consistence with the public interest, in order to promote openness, transparency and accountability in administration and in relation to matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
In terms of provisions of Section 5 & 6 of The Right to Information Act 2005, FCI Aravali Gypsum and Minerals India Limited (FAGMIL) designates the following Officers of FAGMIL as II-Appellate Authority, I-Appellate Authority, Chief Public Information Officer for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the said Act.
