Vigilance Activities During
2024-25
Vigilance Awareness Week was Celebrated at the Corporate office, Jodhpur and the mines Offices of FAGMIL. During this week following activities were carried out in corporate Office, Jodhpur as well as other mines offices:
In Consonance with the directives of Central Vigilance Commission, “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” was observed from 27 October to 2 November 2025.
- All staff including contractual staff has taken the “vigilance Pledge” on 27.10.2025 00 A.M.
- Conducted Essay Competition Subject “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” for Govt. Sr. Secondary. School – Hamira (Jaisalmer)
- A workshop on the subject “Role of Vigilance in day to day life” Conducted in the corporate office, Jodhpur for all Staff on 31.10.2025 Discussion such as Corruption free Delivery and Accountability, transparency, fairness, Avoid Discretion, Simplification, and Timeliness and further creating Vigilance awareness through regular inspections carried out during this week, were carried out in this workshop.
- Conducted competitions like Quiz for all permanent and contractual staff. Winners of above competitions get reward by cash prizes.
- “Awareness Gram Sabha” organised at Hamira – Jaisalmer and Kavas- Adarsh Dunda – Barmer Gram panchayat Gram panchayat Gram Sarpanch, ward members and social workers also participated in the Gram Sabha. Topic of discussion in Gram sabha was “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.” Everyone also took the vigilance pledge. And Distributed vigilance pamphlets.
- Created Buzz through various Social Media Platforms like Twitter.
2022-23
To sensitize the employees about vigilance, Vigilance Calendar was prepared and workshop were conducted Jodhpur office. Organized “Awareness Gram Sabha” at Mohangarh group of Mines (HAMIRA) Village.
In consonance with the directives of Central Vigilance Commission, “Vigilance Awareness Week –2022 (“Corruption free India for developed Nation”) was observed from 31st October 2022 to 06th November,2022 at the Registered Office and all the Area Offices / Mines of the Company.
2021-22
To sensitize the employess about vigilance, Vigilance Calendar was prepared and 2 Online and 1 offline workshops were conducted at Mines / Jodhpur office.
In consonance with the directives of Central Vigilance Commission, “Vigilance Awareness Week –2021” (Independent India@75: Self Reliance with Integrity) was observed from 26th October 2021 to 01st November,2021 at the Registered Office and all the Area Offices / Mines of the Company.
2020-21
To sensitize the employees about vigilance, Vigilance Calendar was prepared and 01 workshops were conducted (2019-20)at Area Offices of Mines/ Jodhpur.
In consonance with the directive of CVC “Vigilance Awareness Week 2020 was celebrated from 27th October 2020 to 2nd November 2020 at the Registered office and all the Area Offices/Mines of the Company.
2019-20
To sensitize the employees about vigilance, Vigilance Calendar was prepared and 05 workshops were conducted (2019-20)at Area Offices of Mines/ Jodhpur.
In consonance with the directive of CVC “Vigilance Awareness Week 2019 was celebrated from 28.October 2019 to 2nd November 2019 at the Registered office and all the Area Offices/Mines of the Company.
2018-19
To sensitize the employees about vigilance, Vigilance Calendar was prepared and 07 workshops were conducted (2018-19)at Area Offices of Mines/ Jodhpur.
In consonance with the directive of CVC “Vigilance Awareness Week 2018 was celebrated from 29th October 2018 to 3rd November 2018 at the Registered office and all the Area Offices/Mines of the Company.
2017-18
To sensitize the employees about vigilance, Vigilance Calendar was prepared and 05 workshops were conducted at Mines/Jodhpur Office.
In consonance with the directives of Central Vigilance Commission, “Vigilance Awareness Week -2017” was observed from 30.10.2017 to 04.11.2017 at the registered office and all the Area Offices/Mines of the Company
2016-17
To sensitize the employees about vigilance, Vigilance Calendar was prepared and 05 workshops were conducted at Mines/Jodhpur Office.
In consonance with the directives of Central Vigilance Commission, “Vigilance Awareness Week -2016” was observed from 31.10.2016 to 05.11.2016 at the registered office and all the Area Offices/Mines of the Company.
